A good example of a Brand with an international alignment very creased, but with a great freedom for tactical actions at a local level. On an increasingly competitive market, AVIS in Portugal has always tried to do better and different. And it has even been able to export concepts of Brand activations “made in Portugal” (from Cupido, of course …) to other countries. ‘Avis & Us`, commercial activation concept for AVIS TIER 1 clients is a good example of this.
