Creation of a specific contact center (inbound/outbound), with the objective of implementing an integrated digital performance marketing strategy for Galp ON, optimizing acquisition, loyalty and cross/up actions, maximizing the return on investment with KPIs and fully measurable objectives.

In addition to the contact center set-up with a dedicated team of 10 elements, this webperformance campaign for Galp ON also included digital strategy, creative design, digital media investment, monitoring and analysis of the campaign with real-time reports of investments and conversion rates; in addition to a continuous follow-up with Galp team, aiming a constant optimization of the performance of the campaign.
